W. F. Conelly Construction Co. dba WFC Builders was started in 1936 by Wilbur F Conelly.  Since then Conelly has completed some of the landmarks in Tucson and the State of Arizona.  Projects include the Williams Center for Hartford Insurance a 195,000sf Class A office building, University of Arizona projects include the Electrical and Computer Engineering Building, Architecture Building,  Business and Public Administration Building, Law Building, Fine Arts Gallery, 2000 lf cut-cover utility tunnel, Space Science Building, Science Library and 8 other buildings;  the University of Arizona Euclid Parking Garage, the Power Operations Center for Salt River Project in Phoenix, Rhoades Jr High School in Mesa, Desert View High School for Sunnyside School District, San Pedro Valley District Hospital in Benson, Tuba City Hospital.  Conelly completed the first Construction Management project for HEW in 1971 as reported in Engineering News Record, the Mettler Dance Studio designed by Frank LLoyd Wright,  Our track record includes many more similar projects of all types of construction.
